\nThe purpose of the Web Application Developer position is to build high-quality, innovative, web-based software that furthers AASHE’s organizational goals and creates lasting impact on the higher-education sustainability movement. Join us for a chance to change the world.\n\nAASHE’s IT team is committed to open source software and best practices around reusability, testing, and documentation. As a member of this team you will be able to take ownership of application development through the entire process, creating new and exciting applications, from design to implementation with plenty of options for creativity and collaboration.\n\nAASHE staff work remotely from home offices, but we will be showing preference to those applicants who are near to our other staff in the North Eastern US (Maine, Maryland, New York, Rhode Island, Pennsylvania, New York, Virginia and the District of Columbia). \n\n#Salary and compensation\n
