Job Description: Marketing & Design Lead\n \nOur Marketing & Design Lead will be the owner of LISNR Corporate Marketing Strategy and design implementation. The role requires the ability to understand the technology and company competitive set, research competitors and complimentary technology marketing approaches, understand and implement corporate equity, and implement day-to-day marketing materials.\nSome of the tasks you’ll be juggling:\n· Design/Redesign/Continuous Update of LISNR Website\n\n· In coordination with CEO, outline and manage corporate marketing strategy including Blog Updates, Social, SEM, Marketing Materials, Pitch Decks, Case Studies, etc.\n\n· Design standard corporate marketing materials including one-pagers, investment briefs, etc.\n\n· In coordination with CEO and VP, Operations define and implement corporate equity\n\n· Manage consistency and continuity throughout channels and communications consistent with equity\n\n· Work closely with software engineers, founders, administrative staff, and leadership team to ensure that all design needs are met in a timely manner\n\n· Ultimately, influence the direction of a LISNR design team build-out and manage the design team \n\n#Salary and compensation\n
