Director of Marketing\n\nWhat We’re Looking For:\n\nWegoWise is seeking a Director of Marketing to help us bring our story to the market and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a well-rounded marketing skillset including writing and editing, program management, strategy, and analysis.\n\nOur ideal candidate:\n\n•5+ years marketing experience (It’s a plus if you’ve spearheaded marketing for a growing start-up or have SaaS or cleantech experience)\n•You have the ability to architect a marketing plan as well as own and execute the details\n•You have very strong writing and editing skills\n•You have a strong knowledge of digital marketing principles and tactics\n•You are results-oriented; you relentlessly focus on things that generate new leads and revenue\n•You are metrics and data-oriented; you analyze the outcomes of marketing initiatives and adjust tactics accordingly \n•You are skilled and hands-on with tools of the trade such as Hubspot (or similar), Salesforce, Google Analytics\n•You are a nice person\n\nWhat You’ll Get to Work On:\n\nThe Director of Marketing will lead the marketing function for our growing start-up and help us fulfill our ambitious growth plans. \n\nThings you might do on a typical day:\n\n•Formulate and refine marketing strategies, tactical plans, and budget\n•Keep all the pieces of a multi-faceted marketing program moving forward in a timely and well-organized manner\n•Collaborate with the team on product positioning and messaging\n•Write/edit compelling case studies, articles, web pages, slides, email communications, and other materials to support the sales process \n•Drive qualified inbound leads through SEM, press, blog, social media, and other channels\n•Help to coordinate PR, conferences, speaking opportunities, and webinars\n•Conceptualize and execute effective outbound email campaigns \n•Perform data-driven analysis of marketing initiatives\n \n\n#Salary and compensation\n
