\nWe’re looking for an up-and-coming Ruby developer to join our small but mighty team. You should have some solid experience already, but you’re hungry to take your skills to the next level with some real work that will be seen and used by thousands of people every day.\n\nAs a junior member of our awesome engineering team, you’ll have your hands in a variety of small projects and tasks, like:\n\n\n* documenting, prioritizing, and fixing bugs\n\n* assisting our Support team with technical issues\n\n* deploying marketing projects for our Community team\n\n* helping QA our releases to ensure they’re ready to ship\n\n* building and maintaining internal tools to help us work better\n\n\n\n\nMore than anything we need someone who wants to help artists make a living doing what they love. Big Cartel is home to over 500,000 designers, musicians, makers, and other artists. Your work will be a critical part of keeping them happy and productive.\n\nThis is a full-time and salaried position that includes all of our awesome benefits like paid family leave, solid insurance, 401(k), and a generous PTO policy (we encourage you to take 4 weeks off!). You can work remotely from anywhere in the United States, but extra credit for joining us in SLC.\n\nWe also feel it’s important to point out the obvious here – there’s a seriouslack of diversity in our industry and it really bugs us.
