We are currently looking for Account Managers to join our innovative, growing company. \n\nThe Account Manager is responsible for up-selling and fulfillment/replenishment, focused on execution and merchandising. Accountable for acquisition and retention of retail accounts.\n\nRESPONSIBILITIES\nSell Chia Vida to maximize brand growth and distribution, and to obtain specific volume objectives.\nContact key personnel in assigned accounts pre-selling products, promotions, displays, point-of sale material, beverage section revamps, service requirements.\nDevelop and implement beverage shelf re-allocations designed to maximize the sales of Chia Vida beverages.\nParticipate in the installation of revamped beverage sections, displays and placement of POS material according to company merchandising standards.\nStock and merchandise Chia Vida beverages in the allocated beverage section, including racks and secondary displays.\nAssist in the sale, placement, and changing of vendors in chain store accounts; check regularly for proper mechanical operation, cleanliness, selection and product availability.\nMaintain accurate sales records for all assigned accounts, including special reports on promotional activity, competitive sales and space allocations.\nMaintain adequate amounts of back stock in each account to ensure product availability for in-store stocking and merchandising.\nPositively and professionally communicate brand messaging\nUnderstand the program goals including a working knowledge of tracking metrics & meeting goals\nProfessionally represent yourself and Chia Vida at all times\nAdaptability and creativity\nReliable transportation\nAbility to respond under pressure\nThrive in a fast paced environment\nFlexible attitude with the keen ability to problem solve and are able to figure out a solution without panicking\n \n\n#Salary and compensation\n
