The ideal candidate will be located in Dallas/Fort Worth area.\n\nThe Sales Rep position is ideal for a driven, aggressive hunter who is confident in his or her abilities to close deals which will provide an opportunity to make significant commissions.\n\nResponsibilities\n• Build and grow our customer pipeline.\n• Turn prospective customers into active customers.\n• Contact regular and prospective customers to promote products, explain product features, and setup buyer meetings.\n• Develop strategy and manage Xylobags’ marketing and sales.\n• Answer customers' questions about products, prices, availability, product uses, and credit terms.\n• Provide prospective customers with product samples.\n• Identify prospective customers by using business directories, following provided leads, participating in organizations and clubs, and attending trade shows and conferences.\n• Monitor and find trends in market conditions, product innovations, and competitors' products, prices, and sales.\n• Seek and analyze competitor marketing and sales materials.\n• Perform miscellaneous administrative duties, such as preparing sales reports.\n\nRequirements\n• Must have minimum 2 years established retail sales experience \n• Must be willing to travel to customer sites\n\nCompensation\n• Negotiable base plus commission\n \n\n#Salary and compensation\n
