Responsibilities include tracking velocity, setting and meeting goals, managing expectations, and delivering software on a deadline\n\n\nThe majority of this role will be to manage people, projects and timelines. You should have an understanding of software development and be comfortable helping out when needed.\n\n\nWho You Are:\n\n\nYou are a great leader, listener, decision maker, and can think on your feet. We believe strongly in a work/life balance and letting teams make their own decisions.\n\n\nHow You Qualify: \n\n\n\n* Experience working in a development environment\n\n* Experience as a team lead or similar position\n\n* Comfortable managing a team of up to 6-10 software developers\n\n* Excellent written and oral communication skills\n\n* Comfortable with agile methodologies\n\n* Proven ability to manage a remote team of software developers\n\n* Strong experience with PHP, Python, MySQL, Angular and JavaScript\n\n\n\n\n\nExtra Credit Points: \n\n\n\n* Experience working and managing teams over multiple time zones\n\n* Experience using JIRA or similar software\n\n\n \n\n#Salary and compensation\n
