\nEmerald Associates is looking for Senior Java Developers to join our team and work remotely.\n\nWithin this challenging and fast-paced role, you will enjoy the thrill of a diverse workload along with the opportunity to work with some of the biggest and brightest companies in the world. You will work in an environment where your unique contributions make a difference to our clients and help them achieve success.\n \n You will work on a diverse portfolio of products and bespoke software in the project management space, including standalone Emerald products, add-ons to the Oracle Primavera suite of tools, and system integrations for clients. You will be contributing to the full software development life cycle involving application analysis/design, coding, testing, documentation, deployment, and post-production verification and support.\n\nWho you are:\n\n\n* You solve problems.\n\n* You care about developing flexible, re-usable code.\n\n* You pick up new concepts with ease and thrive when working in a fast-paced team environment.\n\n* You are organized, deadline-oriented, and proactive.\n\n* You enjoy interacting with clients, and use a positive attitude to influence technical and non-technical stakeholders.\n\n\n\n\nWhat you'll do:\n\n\n* Collaborate with product managers and team members to develop robust solutions.\n\n* Create new applications and update existing applications using client/server and web-based technologies.\n\n* Participate in daily brainstorming sessions.\n\n* Liaise with implementation leads to develop reports for clients.\n\n* Troubleshoot application issues with project teams.\n\n* Communicate proactively with clients in a professional manner to identify needs, problems, and design solutions.\n\n* Apply service packs, set up new databases, and provide technical support for Emerald software.\n\n\n \n\n#Salary and compensation\n
