\nWebstop is looking for a talented programmer with proficiency and experience in JavaScript to join our team. This individual will collaborate on developing new versions of our applications using Ember. Candidates with practiced Ember skills are preferred, but expertise in other libraries, including Backbone or Angular, is acceptable. Candidates that demonstrate aptitude in JavaScript programming, MVC-style programming in JavaScript, RESTful APIs, SCSS and CSS for Front-End design will be considered for the position. Webstop utilizes Ruby on Rails back-end for the API; therefore, bonus points if you have Rails experience! We are seeking an individual who enjoys and collaborates well in a team environment while able to work effectively on independent assignments.\n \nWe will consider full-time, part-time and contract employees. We're looking for a minimum of 25 hours per week.\n\nOur best candidates possess the following:\n- An intimate knowledge of Ember, GIT, and JavaScript\n- Local in the Tampa Bay area (preferred); remote is available\n- A positive and motivated demeanor with great attention to detail\n- A pragmatic programmer approach\n- Works well solving problems under pressure\n- Enjoys a challenge and crafting creative solutions\n- Continually keeps abreast of the industry and refreshes skills\n- Has experience working with web services and APIs\n- Writes great test coverage \n\n#Salary and compensation\n
