YourGrocer is looking for a User Experience Designer to help us change the way people buy groceries. We have had a great 2014 and have been recently funded, so are well positioned to continue on this growth path.\n\nWe're looking for someone who...\n- Thinks design is about solving problems, not introducing them\n- Prefers a useful user interface to a beautiful one\n- Thinks about customers first. Always\n- Wants to learn, push themselves, and set their mark in our company\n- Is interested in iterative design through a test, measure, learn cycle\n- Understands design is about making things easier, clearer, and more useful for real people\n- It would be awesome if you are skilled in html/css \n\nWe're not concerned with your education — we're concerned with your experience.
