\nWho are we?\n\nWe build custom hardware that is driven by online social media. We do a blend of product design, engineering, prototyping, manufacturing and operations and logistics. Our biggest product is our Instagram hashtag printers. In 2015 we had our products at over 300 parties and events, for 2016 our goal is to double that number. Usually large brands such as Nike, Zappos or Instagram rents our services for parties or events like the Grammys, the Superbowl and Lollapalooza.\n\nWhat’s it like working at Instaprint?\n\nWe have a very small engineering team, we’re all generalists that span web development, firmware, electronics, hardware development. We all have high standards for quality and design, we love experimenting with new tools and technologies. You’ll mostly focus on the web and app side of things. Our main platform is built with postgres, redis and django and we deploy to AWS. We use React and Redux in places on the frontend.\n\nWe’re searching for an experienced full stack engineer that is comfortable with designing and architecting web platforms using MVC frameworks and have a great understanding of web fundamentals. Key responsibilities includes: design, implementation and maintenance of large complex software systems. You’ll also be responsible in developing project plans and identification of key milestones and potential problems.\n\nWe’ll give you a laptop of your choice, an external monitor and all that other stuff you’ll need.
