We are a recently funded real estate tech startup looking for a passionate marketing director interested in joining our team. \n\nWe have developed an advanced map based search that helps users locate building details, property ownership, and a lot more! We are moving forward with a disruptive model and have raised our first round of angel capital. \n\nWe are looking for a marketing director that will have the following responsibilities:\n\n-With our support, create, execute, monitor and analyze social media campaigns \n-With our support, create original content for our social media channels \n-Engage with our users in social media to create valuable conversations for our brand\n-Help build brand awareness through marketing and public relations activities \n\nSelected candidate will report directly to the company's CEO and will be working closely with the technology department. \n\nSelected candidate will have the opportunity to obtain equity\n\n\nWe have the following goals:\n\n1 - Develop a pitch deck for Sales package for Investors and Brokers - overseeing graphic designer\n2 - Review current marketing material\n3 - Create budget for traditional marketing material\n4 - Develop and send email blast\n5 - Organize an Alpha party\n6 - Implement traditional marketing \n7 - Refine the pitch deck for Investors\n8 - Follow up and create a sales team to reach out to owners investors brokers\n\n\nCandidates will have\n\nExcellent written and verbal skills.\nFull professional or native English language proficiency.\nGood listener and capable of learning fast.\nGood knowledge of the social media sphere \nOverachiever, proactive, and self-motivated.\nComfort with uncertainty.\nStart-up mentality (multi-tasking, execution-oriented, transparent, embracing of change) \nAbility to work independently and without supervision.\n\nExtra points if candidate:\nHas real estate or design experience \nHas experience running social media marketing campaigns. \nHas experience creating original content for a brand in social media channels\n\nOur office is located in the heart of Greenpoint, Brooklyn\n\n\nExtra tags: marketing, real estate, urbanism \n\nPlease mention the words **MEDAL ENSURE WHEN** when applying to show you read the job post completely (#RMjYwMDoxZjI4OjM2NTo4MGIwOjU4M2I6ZjcwMDo3NGRkOmY5MjM=).
