\nAs a Developer Educator at Twilio, your job is to challenge and empower Twilio developers to build incredible web and native apps that make communication better. To accomplish this mission, we'll develop educational resources, tools, and sample code that help developers get started and get finished with their Twilio application.\n\nAbout you:\n\nNot every developer can get excited about documentation! But you're different - you understand the importance of great documentation. You're ready to hone your writing skills to create concise, accurate, and useful content. You're excited to use your skills as a developer to envision and build learning experiences that have never been seen before. You want to set a new bar for documentation, and create delightful learning experiences that serve your fellow developers.\n\nAbout the job:\n\nWe are looking for a resourceful technologist who is equal parts software developer and teacher. Writing, creative, time management, and organizational skills will also be critical. You will be an integral part of Twilio’s Developer Education team as we reset developers' expectations for amazing documentation.\n\nResponsibilities: \n\nYou will work on:\n\n\n* Authoring technical content and documentation for twilio.com, our blog, and other places developers are looking for resources on how to build apps with Twilio.\n\n* Managing external contributors as we build out a large library of technical content that will serve developers across multiple languages and platforms.\n\n* Shipping high quality code for some of the most critical components of twilio.com. Twilio users will interact with your code on the website every day.\n\n* Writing production-ready sample applications that developers could put into service right away, demonstrating key Twilio use cases like two-factor authentication, call centers, and notifications.\n\n* Creating tests and automation infrastructure to make sure our code samples are always accurate and up to date.\n\n* Building command line and graphical authoring tools and utilities for our own internal use, as well as open source projects that will help move the entire state of the art forward for developer education.\n\n* Defining and creating the future of developer education as we create productive and delightful learning experiences for our developer community.\n\n\n \n\n#Salary and compensation\n
