\nWalmart eCommerce is seeking a talented Staff level Software Engineer with strong experience and a proven track record to join a team of relevance/platform/application engineers, scientists and product visionaries all working together to design, prototype and build technology-driven products and experiences that will change the future landscape of eCommerce.\n\nPosition Description:\n\n\n* Develops Innovation strategies, processes, and best practices\n\n* Drives the execution of multiple business plans and projects\n\n* Leads and participates in medium- to large-scale, complex, cross-functional projects\n\n* Leads the discovery phase of medium to large projects to come up with high level design\n\n* Leads the work of other small groups of six to ten engineers, including offshore associates, for assigned Engineering projects\n\n* Promotes and supports company policies, procedures, mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity\n\n* Provides supervision and development opportunities for associates\n\n* Troubleshoots business and production issues\n\n* Utilizes industry research to improve Clients technology environment\n\n\n \n\n#Salary and compensation\n
