YOUR MISSION\n\nAs a Customer Support Representative you will respond to customer requests, provide general support and engage with customers to help them achieve their goals.\n\nYour responsibilities will be:\n\n\nManage and respond to customer requests\n\nUnderstand our customers and become their advocate\n\nEducate and instruct customers through email, chat, phone call and video\n\nAssist the Customer Experience team with managing their accounts as needed\n\nCollaborate with the Product team on how to improve the product\n\nCollaborate with Customer Success on education programs\n\n\n\n\nAs a successful candidate will be able to convey how exciting and innovative our software is. You will turn our current customer base into MURAL fanatics by showing how easy and fun it is to collaborate in design thinking with MURAL.\nYOUR PROFILE\n\nWe are looking for dedicated individuals who can work independently in a fast-paced startup environment. The ideal candidate will have:\n\n\nFluency in spoken and written English (additional languages are a plus)\n\nWillingness and passion for understanding, helping and teaching customers\n\nThe curiosity to find new, better ways to solve problems\n\nA strong passion to help teams succeed, and empathy with users\n\n2+ years experience in software customer support (ideally B2B)\n\nExperience troubleshooting and reporting bugs\n\nExperience tracking bugs with a QA and development team\n\nGreat visual communication skills\n\nRemote working experience\n\nThe ability to provide clear and concise guidance through emails, over the phone, video or in person\n\nAvailability to work some weekend shifts\n\nThe hours will be 1:00 pm - 9:00 pm Eastern Time (ET)\n\n\n\nIdeally you have...\n\n\nPractical experience in creative disciplines such as design thinking\n\nExperience creating documents and content\n\nKnowledge of design thinking and/or other design and visual thinking techniques\n\n\n\n\n#LI-Remote #LI-ABW1 \n\n#Salary and compensation\n
