Our Growth teamโs responsible for acquiring, activating, and engaging new members in their early lifecycle to become a loyal member through owned channels and 3P partnerships. To accomplish this mission, the Growth PM will:\n\n\nSet the strategy and own a portfolio of products for growing Lyft Pink paid members\n\nDevelop new and improve existing acquisition, engagement, and resurrection levers\n\nWork with Marketing and Business Development to drive growth through owned channels and 3P partnerships.\n\n\n\nResponsibilities:\n\n\nDefine an incredibly ambitious shared growth vision and strategy across product, marketing, and business development that inspires your team, peers and leadership\n\nDeliver on this vision by setting your team's goals, success metrics and collaborating extremely effectively across the company\n\nOwn your key metrics, financials and other resources and manage Growth like a business\n\nLead other PMs to execute together on shared strategy\n\nUnderstand Lyft's strategic and competitive position. Set your team's goals, success metrics and roadmap to align with Lyft's mission and drive maximum impact based on data analysis, market research and usability studies\n\nCompletely own your team's products, existing or new, from ideation, through development, to launch, growth and maintenance\n\nLead and align cross functional partners and teams: engineers, designers, analysts, marketers, business partners and operations and other product teams to drive a shared vision. \n\nCommunicate clearly roadmaps, priorities, experiments and decisions across a wide spectrum of audiences from partner teams to executive levels.\n\nBe highly analytical + technical\n\nHave experience working in deep product domains - guiding system design and building scalable infrastructure while balancing short term deliverables with long-term vision\n\nBe detail-oriented and able to dive deep into complex technical concepts, but also abstract them to executives, stakeholders, operations, and legal stakeholders\n\nHave emotional intelligence and experience steering heated discussions into productive alignments, building trust with partners\n\nMaintain a strong POV on what to build for our users, amidst many different stakeholders with different goals and world-class scientists + engineers on the team with their own opinions\n\n\n\nExperience:\n\n\n6+ years of product management experience \n\nIdeally have a CS or Engineering background and/or professional exposure to growth marketing\n\nAbility to influence up (Directors to C-suite) and broadly across Lyft teams given the horizontal nature of our product\n\nPassion for Lyft and what we are trying to achieve in sustainable urban transportation\n\nNatural ability to make things happen around you. You manage ambiguity, complexity and interdependencies in an organized and structured way.
