\nVimeo is looking for an experienced business development professional to join Vimeoโs growing Business Development & Partnerships team. The Business Development Lead will identify and develop product and growth partnerships with leading B2B, B2C, and Enterprise technology companies, providing the power of video to businesses of all shapes and sizes. These partnerships require a strategic, consultative approach, and include integration and distribution of Vimeoโs SDKs, APIs, product bundling, and more broadly thinking creatively about how to provide the power of video to relevant customers from SMBs to large enterprises.\n\nThe ideal candidate will prospect and identify partnership opportunities, build on existing relationships and conversations, propose scalable integrations that build long-term value for Vimeo and our partners, and effectively negotiate and close complex deal cycles. You will have the opportunity to help shape and scale the way Vimeo grows with partners.\n\nWhat youโll do:\n\n\nIdentify, outreach, and build new relationships with potential partners across the ecosystem including eCommerce, creative development, website building, social platforms, ads, enterprise productivity, etc., where video and Vimeo are highly relevant.\n\nFurther existing relationships with companies, drive conversations and expectation setting for progress, milestones, and future iteration.\n\nProvide inputs to strategy for Vimeoโs partnerships with B2B, B2C, and Enterprise companies, including vertical and product prioritization, economic models, and new structures.\n\nShow and tell the value of Vimeo, collaborate with Product, Marketing, Sales, and internal teams on integrations, solutions, and all partnership mechanics.\n\nManage partnership pipeline, develop rationale for impactful opportunities, and validate for viability.\n\nClose partnerships that will increase Vimeoโs product adoption and business growth for both Vimeo and the partner.\n\nDevelop business models, structure critical metric projections, and negotiate contracts.\n\nCollaborate with Product, Design, Engineering, Marketing, and Legal teams to launch new partnerships.\n\n\n\n\nSkills and knowledge you should possess:\n\n\n5-8+ years of professional experience relating to partnerships, business development, strategy, or product management. Experience in SaaS and/or video is highly preferred.\n\nAbility to understand technical requirements and craft solutions that drive meaningful business outcomes.\n\nA self-starter who can independently lead strategy and execution, gain internal consensus, and communicate effectively across teams.\n\nAbility to prioritize a variety tasks while building a large pipeline of opportunities\n\nStrong product sense, and comfort with considering basic technical feasibility of partner integrations.\n\nSuperior verbal and written communication skills.\n\nAbility to operate in a highly ambiguous and fast-paced environment.\n\nStrong interest in technology and product development.\n\n\n\n#LI-KT1 \n\n#Salary and compensation\n
