As Europe’s largest Climate FinTech investor, we are taking action to drive climate impact and are an active shaper of the emerging ecosystem at the intersection of fintech and climate tech.\n\n\nAs an Associate you will be actively involved in supporting our partners and senior investment managers throughout the investment lifecycle, with an emphasis on sourcing investments and managing the deal funnel. You will have a steep learning curve (and a lot of fun!) while working with our dynamic, ambitious, and intellectually curious team. \n\n\n\n\n\nThe Associate’s key responsibilities will include:\n\n\n * \nMarket analysis: perform rigorous market research to identify potential investment opportunities. Narrow down that funnel by assessing market potential, business models, competitive dynamics, customer traction, and management teams. Identify emerging industry trends and technologies.\n\n * \nInvestment analysis: develop detailed financial and operating models for target companies. Create scenario and returns analysis to support investment decision-making.\n\n * \nDeal diligence and documentation: support deal due diligence, including coordination with legal and financial counsels, interviewing users or potential customers, and testing products and services. Draft investment memoranda and business plans to support the investment process.\n\n * \nPortfolio management: support the partners and portfolio companies on various strategic and operational tasks.\n\n * \nDeal funnel management: maintain the funds deal database and track opportunities.\n\n\n<br/><br/>\nYour work experience:\n\nYou will have 2 to 4 years of experience in a fast-paced client-facing environment: be it in a start-up, tech company, investment bank, or a top-tier consulting firm.\n\n\n\nWhat makes you a great fit for this role:\n\n\n\n* \nPersonality: passionate about entrepreneurship and innovation in financial services and technology.
