The ideal candidate will be to help us leverage technology and different platforms to deliver better CRM, BPO and Data solutions to our clients.\n\n \n\n \n\n😇 Who you are.\n\nYour academic background can be anything related to Business, Marketing, Technology, or Engineering, but what’s important is that you have already put your theoretical knowledge into practice by gaining 1-2 years of hands-on experience in Marketing Automation, Customer Relationship Management, or Business Optimization roles.\n\n \n\nYou can set up a campaign in a Marketing Automation platform or create a workflow in a CRM system with your eyes closed.\n\n \n\nYou understand how Platforms work (mainly CRM and Marketing Automation platforms, but in some cases Integration Platforms and Tag Management solutions, too). But even when you don’t know something it’s easy for you to dig deep and find out the details very quickly.\n\n \n\nHaving working experience in the Salesforce Marketing Cloud would be a huge plus! Or maybe you have some understanding of HTML / CSS / JS code, that would be great as well! Any familiarity with Zoho Platforms would be awesome, but not necessary.\n\n \n\nYou like creating out of the box solutions to deliver the expected Marketing and Business results, and you have a proactive attitude towards solving problems.
