We are at the forefront of customer experience and become an agent of change as we embrace automation to navigate the complex needs of our industry and continue to be the industry leader\n\nThe Account Director, Agencyย Service & Sales (Remote, West Coast) is a member of the Nielsen Client Service team, dedicated to servicing Advertising Agencies and Advertisers in the Western region of the United States. ย The scope of the client service function ranges from understanding and selling Nielsenโs national and local audience measurement and consumer insight services, contract negotiating, addressing in-bound calls regarding ratings and advertising data inquiries, understanding consumer viewership and listenership behaviors, In this role, the Account Director, Client Service will have ownership of a client list and will be responsible for growing the revenue within the territory. The role provides the opportunity to develop long-term, deep relationships in driving both account management and business development for a wide array of both Advertising Agency and local/regional Advertiser clients. The ideal candidate will possess a strong media background including digital and connected TV and possess a proven track record of building and honing client relationships, delivering robust presentations, adapting to the needs of a dynamic, ever-changing environment and client base, and possessing a solutions-oriented sales style.\n\nABOUT NIELSEN\nBy connecting clients to audiences, we fuel the media industry with the most accurate understanding of what people listen to and watch.
