Team members that choose to report to an agency location, generally report to the Cologne, Germany office, a beautiful location in the center of the Belgian Quarter, or the Miami, Florida office, which is found in the center of trendy Coconut Grove.\n\n\n\nABOUT THE JOB\n\nMinimum: $50k -\nMaximum: DOE, based on level of paid media strategy expertise\n\nWith a strong focus on paid search, in this role, you will have ownership of our strategy for search and display programs across all major search engines (Google, Bing, YouTube). Beyond planning, you will also continuously optimize and report on campaign performance and independently adjust levers that improve ROI . You will report to the Chief Marketing Officer who is based remotely between San Francisco and New York, and you will collaborate across multiple creative and performance teams, distributed globally.\n\n\n\nYOUR DAY-TO-DAY\n\n- Conceptualize and lead the customer acquisition strategy for our brand Primal Harvest on Paid Search platforms across US and EU Markets.\n\n- Maintain and monitor keyword bids, daily and monthly budget caps, impression share, quality score and other important account metrics.\n\n- Develop dashboards to monitor KPIs and conduct in-depth analysis.\n\n- Optimize & monitor campaigns based on important KPIs, e.g. CTR, CPC, CR, CPA, and ROAS, ensuring paid activities are healthy relative to budget and targets.\n\n- Implement A/B testing for multiple audiences, creatives, and landing pages on various platforms.\n\n- Provide feedback and direction on creative copy and visual assets\n\n\n\n\nOUR FAVOURITE PERKS\n\n๐ฐ Incentivized cash compensation with generous bonus schemes\n\nโ๏ธ Unlimited Paid Time Off (PTO) Policy\n\n๐ฅ Medical Benefits (including Dental & Vision for US)\n\n๐ 401k (US), Private pension contribution (EU)\n\n๐๐ฝโโ๏ธ Health & Wellness support\n\n๐ Mobility support for Germany based employees\n\n๐ Learning & development support\n\n๐ A truly diverse team composed of digital nomads around the world\n\n\n\nABOUT YOU\n\n- Hands on SEM experience and success managing PPC campaigns across Google, Bing, YouTube, and other channels\n\n- Practical knowledge of quantifying paid media initiatives and translating them into measurable results.\n\n- Ability to provide insights in a digestible format that align with the overarching commercial vision of all Prime6 Brands.\n\n- A strong background in E-commerce, with througrough knowledge of pertinent performance marketing KPIs.\n\n- Strong communication skills in both written and verbal forms. Professional Business English is a must.
