For the design of new products, new landing pages and new assets, **all roads lead to one place: you!**\n \n \n**What Type Of Person Will Succeed?**\n\nThe ideal candidate has:\n\n* 2+ years experience with design work, either creating assets or managing a team that creates assets.\n* 1+ year running A/B tests on Facebook / Instagram.
