We are looking for someone to take a lot of ownership, try new things, and ship work that our customers will love. \n\nThis is a 100% remote role and is a **part-time/freelance position**. The working hours are flexible and the workload will vary throughout the year. We are looking for someone to work with long-term to take on regular routine activities as well as tackle one-off projects.\n\n**ABOUT YOU**\n\nYou love making simple, minimal, and clean designs. You believe that design is about subtracting noise and focusing on the core elements that matter, not adding extra unnecessary details.\n\nYou give your designs a premium feel. You go the extra mile to add the bits of final touches to make something very distinctive, unique, and posh.\n\nYou use design as a tool to make the product more useful. You realize that good design should get out of the user's way and design to help the user get the most value out of the product.\n\n**WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON**\n\nYou will work as the main designer on our team and will work on everything design related – branding, product, and website.\n\nSome projects include:\n\n- Designing UI for upcoming new features\n- Re-designing pages on our current website\n- Implementing a design system for in-app consistency\n- Analyzing our existing product and recommending and implementing usability and design improvements\n- Working with marketing to design graphics for product announcements and newsletters\n\n**MUST HAVES**\n\n- An awesome portfolio of past work\n- 3+ years of visual design experience\n- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written\n\n**BONUS NICE-TO-HAVES**\n\n- Worked with a SaaS or tech company before\n- Past remote work experience \n\nBe sure to mention the word **ADORABLE** when applying to show you read the job post completely.
