Remote Growth Manager

Ramp is part of the Forbes Fintech 50 and Fast Company's Best Workplaces for Innovators program.\n\n \n\nAbout the Role\n\nRamp is in a critical phase of growth and this role is responsible for executing projects and initiatives that will drive new customers to Ramp. You’ll work directly with our growth leaders to drive mission-critical, cross-functional projects across the organization. You will collaborate closely with our Sales, Marketing, Engineering, Product, Risk, and Operations teams to deliver on ambitious growth goals. This is a key role where you will be uniquely positioned to impact the full picture of Ramp’s growth efforts across all functions. \n\nWhat You’ll Do\n\n\nHelp drive and influence the growth strategy for NYC’s fastest growing startup\n\nWork to drive net new leads for Ramp, whether that involves building internal tools, improving operations processes, analyzing data in excel, or a myriad of other methods\n\nDesign, execute and measure the impact of growth experiments end-to-end \n\nSolve complex business problems and build / iterate on process for a wide range of go-to-market and operational needs within a high-growth startup\n\nWork across Sales, Marketing, Engineering, Product, Risk, and Operations to execute against Ramp’s growth goals\n\nBuild and analyze dashboards to identify areas of strength and opportunity for Ramp’s growth team\n\nPast growth initiatives include:\n\n\n\nBuilding dashboards to monitor performance of growth activities and data infrastructure\n\nSpecing and building internal tools to reduce the time to execute operations processes by 95%\n\nDesigning and training a machine learning model to code email response sentiment to automate sales reporting\n\nAB testing ramp.com landing pages to improve conversion\n\nManaging and streamlining sales onboarding processes\n\n\n\n\n\n\nWhat You’ll Need\n\n\n4+ years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, private equity, venture capital, and/or operations / strategy at a fast-growing startup\n\nYou have a “get things done” mentality; you can dissect complex problems, identify solutions, and drive these solutions to completion with a high degree of autonomy\n\nYou are resourceful, have a strong willingness to learn, and can pick up new skills where needed (eg SQL, python)\n\nYou are creative and can see how the pieces of a complex problem fit together; you feel comfortable challenging assumptions when they are not well-based\n\nYou like to build - you enjoy the process of going from problem to solution regardless of the medium\n\nYou have an exceptional ability to draw key insights from both quantitative and qualitative data\n\nYou have a team-first mentality and communication skills that allow you to influence others at all levels and across all functions within the organization to rally behind shared business goals\n\nYou’re a master with data analysis, and have an exceptional ability to draw key insights from both quantitative and qualitative data\n\n\n\n\nNice to Haves:\n\n\nExperience with no code tools (eg Zapier, Webflow), SQL, Salesforce, Outreach and other business systems and tools, or a strong willingness to learn\n\nExperience in high-growth startups and/or high-growth technology companies\n\n\n\n\nRamp Benefits\n\n\n100% medical, dental & vision insurance coverage for you (partially covered for your dependents)\n\nOneMedical annual membership\n\n401k (including employer match)\n\nUnlimited PTO\n\nAnnual education reimbursement\n\nWFH stipend to support your home office needs\n\nMonthly wellness stipend; Headspace annual membership\n\nParental Leave\n\nRelocation support\n\n\n \n\n#Salary and compensation\n
