You will be integral to the development and success of our organization while also being able to take advantage of the many meaningful, career-developing opportunities youโll be provided.\n\n**Responsibilities**\nLiaise with candidates throughout the interview process to ensure an efficient, positive experience\nActively source candidates on LinkedIn Recruiter and facilitate them through the process using our in-house ATS software program\nCrafting action plans for effective sourcing\nOpportunity to work on other projects as needed within the Talent department\nThis position will join a team of 4 recruiters and will primarily be focused on recruiting software developers in the US and Canada\n\n**Requirements**\nAt least 5 years of experience in sourcing, preferably in an international market\nAbility to effectively manage simultaneous projects and prioritize tasks\nStrong attention to detail and master of organization.\nPrevious experience coordinating with Technical Recruiters, Sourcers and Hiring Managers\nHigh level of resourcefulness\nHigh sense of urgency\nTech-Savvy\n\n**Who you are**\nYou bring technical sourcing experience for mobile, web, and software development organizations, attracting various roles including Full Stack, Front and Back End Engineers, DevOps, QA and Data Science profiles.\nYou love to communicate with past applicants regarding new job opportunities, and you love to pull reports to show your progress and updates.\nUltimately, our ideal candidate is someone who is highly organized and strives to get things done efficiently in a fast-moving environment. \n\nPlease mention the word **COURAGEOUS** when applying to show you read the job post completely (#RMy45Mi45Ni4yNDc=).
