Textile is hiring a Remote Ecosystem Partner Manager
We are looking for someone with a strong background in either technical account/partner management or technical outbound sales, preferably related to Web3. This is someone who is maintaining our current partnerships as well as performing outreach and expanding into new partnerships. You will be responsible for identifying and building strong relationships to drive growth from partnerships. You will be responsible for executing the business development strategy. You must be comfortable helping create the partnership practice from the ground up, including documenting the key processes, defining scalable programs, and setting up the tools to track partner performance. You will need to identify and negotiate new partnerships and be comfortable getting involved in numerous Web3 communities (think, Discord).\n\nWe define our partners as: Companies integrating Textile technologies; token networks adopting our protocols; NFT platforms supporting our APIs.\n\n**About you**\n* 6+ years working in partner management, sales, sales operations, and/or business development.\n* An initial understanding of the Web3 landscape.\n* A technical background, either working for Web3, SAAS, or a highly technical product startup.\n* Proactive, self-starter with a solid ability to self-manage.\n* Excellent communication and presentation skills.
