Funded by top-tier inventors, Grouparoo is creating open-core applications to simplify and automate the data syncing process within companies - solving both technical and organizational challenges.\n\nAbout the Role\n\nAs our first outward-focused hire, you will be responsible for growing and nurturing the group of engineers working with the Grouparoo platform.\n\nWe are seeking a teammate energized by connecting people to create and manage a wide variety of community programs and channels. You will create written technical content and videos, source and amplify user-generated content, host events, acquire ambassadors, and engage with partners all while ensuring ongoing high engagement and value for each community member. You will serve as the face of our product to our current and future users.\n\nMost of all, you will test, learn, and teach the best ways to accomplish ambitious community growth/engagement goals you will set for yourself and the company.\n\nWe are an open source company that values transparency, so let’s talk about the details. This role reports to the CEO. The salary for this role depends on experience and is in the range of $100K-$125K/yr. The equity range (stock options) is between 0.7%-1.11%. Grouparoo’s core hours are between 9am and noon Pacific time, but our distributed team members can be located anywhere in the USA (US work authorization required).\n\n\nGrouparoo is an equal opportunity employer.
