You'll partner with one recruiter and predominantly work on our engineering leadership positions, but may also support on some other hard-to-fill technical roles.\nIn this role youโll be:\n\n\nSourcing and speaking the best talent in the industry, being creative on how to reach them and keeping them engaged throughout the interview process by delivering an amazing candidate experience\n\nCollaborating with recruiters and senior engineering leaders to understand the requirements of each role and what exceptional talent looks like in that space\n\nBuilding up ongoing relationships with great candidates to create a talent pool for future roles that might come up as our teams grow\n\nTracking our progress to understand if we are investing time in the right areas and if our efforts are leading to the right outcomes. This could include setting up reporting and conducting research to share with the team on metrics such as conversion rates, candidate quality, interviewer calibration and interview outcomes\n\nSpending time with our engineering teams to understand their diversity representation and identifying gaps within those teams. You are curious when it comes to learning new areas and how they fit into the bigger picture.ย \n\nYouโre data driven in the way you work, tracking conversion rates across different sources, messages, recruiting pipelines etc to understand the effect of your past efforts and how to iterate on them to get the best outcomes.ย \n\nYou like structure and having things organised.\n\nEven if youโre not a naturally organised person, youโve found ways to make it work for you.
