ROLE MISSION\nQuality Assurance (QA) Engineers play a vital role and safeguard the quality of feature releases and updates within our product. QA Engineers are dedicated to our cross-functional R&D Squad collaboration and thrive in the mindset of curiosity - asking meaningful questions such as "are we building the right product?” and, if so, “are we building it correctly?". By asking these questions, QA Engineers help drive innovation while inspiring the wider R&D department to build products that are of sound quality and embody our Best-Self Philosophy.\n\nQA Engineers possess a deep understanding of how our product and features work, and because of this are an authority in the R&D Department. QA Engineers work on manual testing and provide the wider Quality Assurance team and R&D Department with manual tests, frameworks and best practices that increase the velocity of productivity. They work to meet or exceed Quality Assurance release deadlines. QA Engineers are responsible for mentoring and providing a safe learning environment for mentees. \n\nABOUT 15FIVE\n\nFounded in 2011, 15Five equips HR leaders to play a strategic role in their company’s growth.
