OVERVIEWย \nThe Sr. Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for growing 15Fiveโs new and existing customer base via multi-channel digital campaigns while optimizing our ad spend. Youโll work closely with cross-functional team members from Demand Gen, Product Marketing, Content and Creative to deliver engaging digital experiences and impactful results. Duties for this role will include developing and executing a strategy to support the continued growth of our acquisition channels, and ensuring pipeline and efficient ROI goals are met. This will involve a holistic, cross-channel approach including but not limited to paid search, display, retargeting, social media, video, content syndication, podcasts, and media buys. You will manage a digital agency and partner with various creative resources to expand, nurture and justify our marketing investments.\n\nIdeal candidates for this role should be creative and innovative, data driven, comfortable testing new ideas and taking risks, well-organized, and must be strong writers and communicators.
