Instead of a traditional e-commerce UI, we offer a catalog-experience where an automatically generated 3D apartment is presented to users.\n\nTo further develop our core tech we are looking for a Senior 3D [Software Developer](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Dek5HtNdIHY) / Technical Director with a strong background in Blender and 3D architecture. This role requires expertise both as a 3D artist and a programmer. As our 3D Technical Director, you'll be working directly with (not for!) the foundersย [Carlo](https://carlobadini.com/)ย andย [Anand](https://anandchowdhary.com/), and play an important role in moving the company forward.\n\n## **Responsibilities**\n\n- Contribute to the development of each step in our 3D rendering pipeline\n- Develop scripts for automated generation of Blender file templates\n- Develop custom Blender add-ons and plugins for automating common tasks\n- Generate photorealistic apartment renders and design 3D product models\n- Be responsible for giving feedback to others to help improve their performance (and be receptive to receiving feedback from others).\n\n## Requirements\n\n- Solid technical understanding of 3D rendering workflows and pipelines\n- Strong mathematical understand of computer graphics\n- Highly skilled in Blender (both modeling and rendering)\n- Proficiency in Python and Blender scripting\n- Experience with building Blender add-ons\n- Have an insane work ethic.
