Come join us!\n\nNotarize is scaling to an exciting degree this year, and we are in need of an experienced, relationship-focused Technical Recruiter to join our two-person Talent team. You'll be responsible for bringing in world-class talent in Engineering, Infosec, IT, Solutions, and more. We're looking for someone who can drive a people-centric, best-in-class engineering recruiting processโโnot putting bodies in chairs, but connecting talented people with the opportunity to be part of something genuinely unique in tech.\n\n**What youโll do as a Technical Recruiter at Notarize:**\n* Collaborate with hiring managers across a variety of roles/technical domains on their recruiting efforts\n* Tackle outbound sourcing efforts and work with the Talent team to identify forward-thinking sourcing strategies, ensuring diversity of talent in our pipelines and on our teams\n* Develop a deep understanding of Notarize's products and craft compelling messaging to potential candidates\n* Coach and guide hiring managers/interviewers to make well informed, effective hiring decisions, ensuring alignment with hiring best practices and DEI efforts \n* Identify closing strategies for offers, proactively providing candidates with the right information to help make their decision as easy as possible\n* Communicate effectively, timely and honestly with candidates during all stages of the interview process, owning an engaging and effective candidate experience, end-to-end\n* Find ways to improve the accuracy and efficiency of our processes, from seeking out talent to assessing their qualifications and extending offers\n\n**What weโre looking for:**\n* 3+ years full-cycle technical recruiting experience, preferably in a high-growth SaaS/tech/startup environment\n* Proven track record of sourcing and assessing engineering talent\n* Ability to understand and sell the technical challenges & opportunities here\n* Aptitude for finding creative sourcing strategies for unique or hard to fill roles\n* Demonstrated enthusiasm for building and managing a diverse candidate pipeline\n* Customer service mindset and stellar interpersonal skills - you're as comfortable communicating with senior leadership as you are presenting to the entire company\n* An entrepreneurial, collaborative attitude and flexibility with change\n* Genuine concern for people over process, and for long-term relationships over short-term wins \n\nPlease mention the words **POLICE SUIT PUPIL** when applying to show you read the job post completely (#RMTguMTE3LjE1My4zOA==).
