This role has the opportunity to work alongside UX | UI designers, experienced developers and a Director of Product Development as we strive to expand the world of eSports to a nationally recognized level.\n\nROLE PLAY:\n\n\n* You are a person who deeply cares about the work you produce and believe your role is bigger than just a paycheck\n\n* You are comfortable working closely with designers and are interested in the the overall product development process\n\n* You maintain and write clean and efficient ruby code without fail because you are perfect\n\n* Integrity is your middle name and some amazing first person shooter is your game\n\n* You enjoy providing input and feedback when creating new features\n\n* You design code that is both scalable and secure\n\n* You are believer in executing regular deployments and utilize continuous integration tools\n\n* You follow best practices and SCRUM estimation processes\n\n* You participate in user experience feedback and technical concerns to create the best possible product for our end-user\n\n* You’re not content with what you know today; you thirst for what you can discover tomorrow\n\n\n \n\n#Salary and compensation\n
