Weโre remote-friendly and big on wellbeing, so if you love the sound of us, weโd love to hear from you!\nWhat you'll be doing:\n\n\n\n* Design and implement functionality for AAA external clients\n\n* Responsible for implementation in a number of areas including but not limited to gameplay, AI, UI, Multiplayer, Core Tech\n\n* Lead a team of Principal, Senior and non-Senior Engineers, with responsibility for performance management and development ensuring exceptional level of service to our clients\n\n* Identify and highlight any potential risks in the solutions that are being worked on\n\n* Solve problems through the application of sound software engineering principles\n\n* Continuously work to minimise technical and maintenance issues\n\n* Champion quality in MPG and our clients development process\n\n* Other duties as assigned\n\n\n\nWhat we'll need from you:\n\n\n\n* Extensive track record of commercial experience in game development, with at least four shipped games\n\n* Prior experience at mentoring team members\n\n* Experience with consoles like PS4/PS5 and XboxOne/SeriesX is preferable\n\n* Excellent C++ programming skills\n\n* Experience of supporting HR initiatives including development discussions, recruitment and performance management\n\n* Knowledge of Unreal (UE4 or UE5), Unity and other proprietary engines is preferable\n\n* Experience with smart or mobile devices would be a plus\n\n* Attention to detail with a strong ability to analyse and comprehend direction\n\n* Awesome technical insight and a finisher of technical tasks on time\n\n* A good communicator with the ability to verbalise conceptual thoughts and the willingness to accept constructive critique\n\n* Excellent problem solving, debugging and optimisation skills\n\n\n \n\n#Salary and compensation\n
