This senior role is pivotal in designing and implementing innovative talent management strategies and learning programs that align with our organizational goals and values. The ideal candidate will be a strong coach and communicator with a proven track record in HR leadership, a deep focus on talent management and learning and development (L&D) initiatives.\n\n\n\nResponsibilities\n* Learning and Development: Conduct organization needs assessments to identify opportunities and drive desired changes and outcomes. Lead the design and delivery of L&D programs that address employees' needs across all levels of the organization, including leadership development, team building, and power skills enhancement. Collaborate with the Match Group L&D team to build on enterprise offerings to provide tailored approaches for the business that promote a learning culture, including design and delivery of a suite of learning programs, vendor management, resources and budget allocation.\n* Performance Management: Collaborate with HRBPs to oversee the performance management process to ensure it effectively identifies high performers, facilitates constructive feedback, and drives continuous improvement.\n* Organizational Development: Work closely with senior leadership to align talent management and learning initiatives with organizational goals, culture transformation, and change management efforts.\n* Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging: Partner closely with DEIB Lead to ensure fair and equitable outcomes across all talent practices to create a workplace that respects and values diversity at all levels.\n* Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization to support talent and learning initiatives.\n* Analytics and Reporting: Collaborate with the People Analytics team to track the effectiveness of talent and learning programs, making data-driven decisions to enhance organizational capabilities.\n* Coaching: Conduct internal leadership coaching, including facilitation of 360 feedback, assessments and related interventions. Provide thoughtful and structured coaching to peers and leaders aligned to Hinge Mission and Values.\n* Career Development: Empower employees, managers, and leaders to feel ownership of their professional and personal growth through impactful programming and delivery of self-service and ready to use OD toolkits and resources.\n* Change Management: Support change management efforts through impact analysis, key stakeholder identification, communications planning, leadership coaching and thought partnership.\n\n\n\nWhat We're Looking For\n* Demonstrated ability to develop, facilitate and implement successful talent management and L&D strategies in a complex, international organization\n* Coaching certification \n* Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team\n* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities\n* Proficiency in HRIS systems and people analytics\n* Commitment to promoting diversity and inclusion in the workplace\n* 10+ years of progressive experience in People and HR, focused on talent management and learning \n* Prior experience running leadership development programs from end to end\n\n\n\n\n$160,000 - $192,000 a yearFactors such as scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/training, job-related skills, internal peer equity, as well as market and business considerations may influence base pay offered. This salary range is reflective of a position based in New York City.
