Remote Strategic Account Manager

\nWe are looking for a Strategic Account Manager to join our team. You will be focused on supporting the daily relationships with our existing partners. We are an award-winning, passionate, and mission-driven team with the support of leaders in psychiatry, and backed by prominent VCs including Rethink, Work-Bench, RRE, and General Catalyst. \n\nPOSITION LOCATION: Remote \n\nWhat youโ€™ll be doing: \n\n\n* Serve as the product expert and mental health advocate for a book of business made up of Spring Healthโ€™s largest and most strategic customers \n\n* Develop and maintain positive working relationships with multiple customers and consultants \n\n* Consistently demonstrate Spring Healthโ€™s value proposition and link to customerโ€™s defined success metrics. \n\n* Own the customer lifecycle from implementations to engagement strategies to contract renewals. This will include\n\n\n* Timely action plans\n\n* Census file management\n\n* Engagement communication ideation, strategy & execution\n\n* Business review creation and presentation to senior HR executives and business leaders\n\n* Insightful, data-based recommendations \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n* Work cross-functionally to provide key customer feedback and process improvements \n\n* Provide sales support as needed \n\n* Drive variable revenue through targeted member engagement strategies โ— This position reports to the Senior Director, Strategic Account Management \n\n\n\n\nWhat we expect from you: \n\n\n* Bachelorโ€™s degree or higher preferred \n\n* A deep passion to transform the U.S. healthcare system, especially mental health\n\n* Previous experience in the B2B2C vendor space\n\n* 10+ years of experience in account management/customer success/implementation specialist/healthcare management at an early stage company \n\n* Outstanding communication skills with a thoughtful and collaborative approach to relationships \n\n* High integrity organizational skills and attention to detail \n\n* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment \n\n* Humility, resourcefulness, directness, ambition, professionalism \n\n* Desire to question, probe, and/or challenge partners in order to ensure their ultimate needs are met \n\n* Experience in upselling and retaining customers to drive additional revenue (recurring and variable) \n\n* Creative use of problem-solving skills to ensure our partners are completely satisfied\n\n* Ability to reconcile data from multiple sources to continually drive value\n\n* Willing and able to travel as necessary (approx. 15%) \n\n\n\nThe target salary range for this position is $135,000 - $162,000, and is part of a competitive total rewards package including stock options, benefits, and incentive pay for eligible roles. Our strategies include creating strong regulatory frameworks to achieve 100% zero-emission ocean shipping on a timeline commensurate with the climate emergency, pressuring corporate customers to demand zero-emission ships, and influencing ports in the United States and internationally across the Pacific Rim to end fossil fuel build out and ready themselves for 100% zero-emission ocean shipping instead.\n\n\nPosition \nThe Climate Campaign Director, Ports will oversee Pacific Environmentโ€™s ports-related campaigning, includingleading our cross-functional Ports for People campaign and otherwise working to transform ports to 100% zero-emission shipping. The Sr. Manager has a strong understanding of Application Security, penetration testing, compliance frameworks, and offensive security best practice requirements, as well as a strong mentoring mentality.  The Sr. Manager oversees projects, performs project tasks, and ensures quality reports for clients. They work closely with Project Managers, Directors, and other Delivery team members to effectively manage their team, project timelines, and deliverables for which they are responsible. Sr. Managers may also be asked to support Sales activities.\n \nAdditionally, Sr. Managers will continue to consult directly for clients for a variety of high-expertise tasks, including application security assessments, code reviews, threat models, and application security program development and implementation engagements.\n\n\n\nWhat You'll Do\n* Manage priorities, tasks and hours on projects in conjunction with the project manager to achieve successful project delivery with team and non-team planned resources.\n* Either handle or escalate client and project-related issues in a timely manner.\n* Interface with clients as a thought leader, individual contributor, and/or Engagement Lead through entire engagement, interacting will all levels of client organizations.
