By transforming the way, we conduct clinical research, we can decrease study timelines and reduce dropouts to accelerate development of better therapies.\n\nThe Clinical Study Coordinator is an energetic, independent, and compassionate individual. This is a specialized role in clinical research that includes working with and under oversight from study investigators to perform delegated clinical research activities. This individual works in a pivotal role of coordinating communication, activities, and supplies among patients, investigators, home health personnel, vendors, and other study personnel to prepare for and complete study visits, procedures, and assessments.  \n\nA successful candidate will possess a willingness and desire to work independently without significant supervision. Lightship expects each individual to anchor their availability in the standard operating hours for their geographic location, however, true to our values of inclusion and flexibility, this role, along with all others at Lightship, may be asked to flex work hours to accommodate US West Coast, US East Coast, and UK-based time zones, based on business need. \nOverview\n\nWeโ€™re excited to be looking for a Senior Associate, Enterprise Systems Analyst to join our team in Brooklyn, NY. Reporting to our VP of Technology, you'll play a critical role in troubleshooting issues in NetSuite, Boomi, Shopify, and our PLM system. You're the perfect person for this role if you have a high energy โ€œcan doโ€ attitude with a willingness to do what it takes to get the job done, are an expert in Netsuite, and have experience with Boomi and Shopify. We currently have a hybrid schedule of 2 days in and three days remote, which is subject to change based on business needs.\n\nWhat youโ€™ll do\n\n\n* Support all integrations across different systems managed by the Technology team\n\n* Monitor the daily syncs and make sure that any interruption will be remediated in a timely manner\n\n* Work closely with vendors and internal resources to debug and resolve technical issues\n\n* Collaborate with various cross-functional teams to define and resolve integration issues & requirements\n\n* Collaborate with our business partners to improve processes through automated integrations\n\n* Develop, deploy, and maintain integration processes between applications across the cloud\n\n* Manage JIRA tickets and give Brooklinen users updates\n\n* Understand integration requirements to configure data and mappings as per clientsโ€™ requirements\n\n* Help with Netsuite SuiteScripts, SuiteFlow, and web services or any other development to support new enhancements\n\n* Support month-end and accounting daily processes\n\n* Work with third-party APIs and/or web services\n\n* Coordinate and execute testing and validation activities with clients, other integration consultants and/or other third parties as required\n\n* Support the technology roadmap in implementing new systems and enhancements with the cross-functional team\n\n\n\n\nWe're looking for someone who brings\n\n\n* 3+ years of Dell Boomi and NetSuite experience \n\n* 3+ years of integration experience\n\n* Experience working with a retail company \n\n* NetSuite Administrator certification is preferred\n\n* 2+ years of experience in software development or technical integrations\n\n* Business and/or technical experience in the ERP, eCommerce, or WMS space\n\n* Proven ability to read and understand data formats and structures such as JSON, XML, flat files, and how they relate to business processes\n\n* Ability to identify and suggest improvements to client integration architecture and flows \n\n* Experience in working in an agile environment \n\n* Strong time management, organization, and planning skills\n\n* Intellectual curiosity, a sense of urgency, and a strong sense of responsibility\n\n\n\n\nCompensation & Benefits\n\nAt Brooklinen, our goal is to offer a competitive total compensation package which we determine based on specific market data taking into account our company size, stage, industry, and location.
