\nSpotOnโ€™s data analytics team provides up-to-date, accurate data, analyses, insights and recommendations to support data-driven decision making and improve operational efficiency across SpotOnโ€™s different departments and teams. To achieve these goals you will need to collect business requirements and questions; use various types of data and tools to create analyses and dashboards that answer those business questions; and support the teamsโ€™ daily operations. You will be an active thought partner and subject matter expert to data, deeply involved in new projects and all aspects of your stakeholders deliverables to bring them, and SpotOn in general, huge value, insights and support. You will mentor the  analysts on your team and will be responsible for their professional growth through setting personal & team goals & conducting periodical feedback sessions.  \n\nResponsibilities\n\n\n* Design and oversee the implementation of SpotOnโ€™s analytics strategy across all lead sources and acquisition channels using various data sources (Salesforce, merchant attributes and more). \n\n* Proactively investigate data for opportunities to improve and to provide insights on underlying causes of changes in conversion rate, lead size, campaign effectiveness and other metrics.\n\n* Lead a team of analysts responsible to develop and deliver actionable and insightful analyses to support Sales leaders and company goals. \n\n* Partner with sales leaders to ensure data-driven decision making guides their decision, making sure business priorities are aligned and execution of the data team is flawless.  \n\n* Ensures that good data & dashboards DLC processes are in place and followed.\n\n* Maintain appropriate level of understanding of the data structure & transformations and/or dashboards that their team is responsible for and is able to jump in as needed.\n\n* Able to define and create first-draft solutions on the fly without needing to go back to the team.\n\n* Understand the larger focus of business/company goals and roadmap, and share updates and answers questions about the overall business with the team while acting as a proxy into other business units.\n\n* Grow their team and entire data organization in alignment with strategic plans.
