You have 5 to 10 years managing a payroll team coupled with accounting knowledge to fill this important role. You will be responsible for the accurate processing of the Companyโs global payrolls, including Canada, US, UK, Israel and corresponding with third parties to process payroll in other jurisdictions. You will leverage your extensive payroll knowledge across various countries to oversee the payroll operations, lead implementation of best practices, and ensure appropriate controls are in place to mitigate against risk. You also possess strong written and oral communication skills and the willingness to take initiative, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and foster an environment of collaboration and continuous improvement.
