You’ll oversee our expansion into new financial products and enable our members to access money when they need it, build credit, and grow wealth. You’ll manage designers and roadmaps while contributing to critical cross-functional projects. Your focus will be both making finance simple for our members and making the Chime design team amazing for our employees.\n\nAs a Design Manager, you’ll be responsible for developing and growing a product design team. You’ll guide designers towards the quality design design and UX outcomes for our members while teaching them to stay mindful of business needs and constraints.
