Theyโre an entirely new asset class - digitally native and infinitely diverse.\n\n\nWe believe that today, and today only, we have the unique opportunity to define what trading looks like for what probably will be >50% of all digital assets. ****\n\n\nWeโre backed by Placeholder, Solana Ventures, Alliance, Anatoly Yakovenko & Raj Gokal (co-founders of Solana), and other reputable angels & funds in the crypto space.\n\n\n \n\n\nAbout the Role\n\n\nYouโll be at the ground floor of scaling Tensor for the next 1 million traders and building the most sophisticated trading infrastructure & platform for NFTs in the world.\n\n\n \n\n\nYou will:\n\n\n\n * Ship new products for NFT traders: faster data, more capital efficiency, advanced order types\n\n * Optimize and scale our data pipelines to handle O(1-10K) transactions/second at peak\n\n * Own projects end-to-end: from front-end to backend APIs to data pipelines\n\n\n\n\n\n \n\n\nYou are:\n\n\n\n * \nExcited about web3/crypto/NFTs. We really cannot overstate this - youโll be joining a team of web3 nerds\n\n * A generalist with 3+ years of experience working on large-scale, data-intensive apps\n\n * Experienced with React, NodeJS, Postgres, Redis and Docker (if you have experience with other modern stacks thatโs totally fine too, as long as youโre a fast learner!)\n\n\n\n\n\n \n\n\nBonus points for:\n\n\n\n * Experience scaling data-rich consumer products, APIs & trading infrastructure to millions of users and O(terabytes) data\n\n * Experience building real-time pipelines on AWS (Kinesis, Dynamo, SQS, RDS) and services on Kubernetes\n\n * Experience optimizing React apps to handle hundreds of renders per minute\n\n * Strong fundamentals in statistics, math, or quantitative finance\n\n * Good intuition on when to move fast/break things vs when to move carefully\n\n * Proficient in at least one low-level language (ideally Rust or Go)\n\n\n\n\n\n \n\n\nWhat youโll get:\n\n\nGenerous ownership & stake in the company.
