A successful candidateโs starting pay will be determined based on the role, job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target base salary for roles in Colorado, California, and New York.\n\nThe current range for this role is $158,000 - $248,000 + bonus + equity + benefits.\n\nYour recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process. Additionally, these ranges reflect the base salary only, and do not include bonus, equity, or benefits.\nWhat Youโll Do\n\n\n* Lead a team of 3+ remote/onsite engineers with a mixed tenure level, applying well-thought out management techniques for driving performance and scaling the group.\n\n* Collaborate multi-functionally with product owners, designers, GTM teams, program managers and other Engineering leads to deliver for our clients.\n\n* Longer term: expand your skills to include managing into a global engineering organization, with opportunities for wider responsibilities related to the expansion of the team into a truly 24/7 global operation.\n\n\n\n\nOur engineering stack is primarily composed of a Python backend with a React frontend; experience in these technologies is preferred, although there is some flexibility to learn on more in-depth around these technologies on the job.\nWho You Are \n\n\n* 7+ years experience as a professional software engineer with at least 2+ years leading successful teams. A proven ability to collaborate with and mentor other specialists.\n\n* A strong, hands-on technical approach. A desire to demonstrate your technical expertise, and to focus and improve the abilities of those on your team.\n\n* Ability to drive delivery within predefined goal-setting and execution frameworks such as objectives & key results. We use well-defined and structured methodologies to deliver impactful business outcomes.\n\n\n\n\nAn ideal candidate will bring a background of building and scaling finance software within a product-focused, technology-forward organization. \n\n#Salary and compensation\n
