The Total Rewards Leader will collaborate with key stakeholders, including HR, executive leadership, and external consultants, to ensure the organization's total rewards programs are competitive, effective, and aligned with industry best practices.\n\nWhat youโll be doing:\n\n\n* Develop and articulate a comprehensive total rewards strategy that aligns with the organization's business objectives and talent management goals.\n\n* Lead the design, implementation, and administration of the organization's compensation programs.\n\n* Conduct regular compensation benchmarking to ensure that salary structures, bonuses, and other incentives are competitive in the market.\n\n* Collaborate with HR and executive leadership to ensure pay equity and fairness across the organization.\n\n* Working with brokers, oversee the design, communication, and administration of employee benefit programs, including health, wellness, retirement, and other perks.\n\n* Monitor industry trends and regulatory changes to ensure the organization's benefits packages are up-to-date and compliant.\n\n* Develop and manage employee recognition and rewards programs to foster a positive and motivating work environment.\n\n* Implement performance-based incentive programs that align with organizational goals.\n\n* Utilize data analytics to assess the effectiveness of total rewards programs and make data-driven recommendations for improvements.\n\n* Develop and deliver communication strategies to effectively educate employees about total rewards programs.\n\n* Provide guidance and support to HR and management in communicating total rewards information to employees.\n\n* Manage relationships with external vendors and consultants, including benefits providers and compensation survey firms.\n\n* Working with External Vendor, prepare and own all executive compensation materials.\n\n\n\n\nWhat youโll need:\n\n\n* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Masterโs degree or relevant certifications are a plus).\n\n* 12-15 years minimum experience in total rewards, compensation, and benefits management.\n\n* Strong understanding of market trends, industry benchmarks, and regulatory requirements.\n\n* Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication and presentation skills.\n\n* At least 5 years in leadership role with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.\n\n* High level of integrity and discretion when dealing with sensitive employee information.\n\n* Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and data analytics tools.\n\n* Experience presenting to BOD on Compensation Related Matters\n\n\n\n\nAbout us:\n\nDigital commerce is built on trust.
