Bonus if youโ€™ve worked in a growth design capacity, on browser integrations, or sales tech in general.\n\n* Have a knack for picking up new concepts quickly, and can integrate complex user needs into broader business goals.\n\n* Can break down problems into solutions that balance simplicity, power, and flexibility. You know how to scope features effectively, anticipate where things might get complicated, and proactively propose alternatives.\n\n* Know how to use the right kind of fidelity, process, and validation during the design process. You deliver polished work and take pride in sweating the details of your craft. \n\n* Have effective critical thinking, verbal, and written communication skills. You know how to present your work to different audiences.\n\n* Have an excellent, up to date portfolio with presentable case studies showing a foundation in typography, interaction and visual design, product sense, and idea generation for digital products. Youโ€™ll know how to leverage our Bitts design system and when to add to it.\n\n* Enable a better understanding of our users. Youโ€™ll work with users directly for generative and evaluative research and help infuse the insights to your work and that of the broader product team.\n\n* Collaborate with the design team to maintain cohesiveness and consistency across the entire product experience.
