Traditionally sales-led, weโve shifted gears towards a product-led growth (PLG) strategy for Cody just about six months agoโa move that has opened up exciting new frontiers for innovation and engagement. Our team is at the heart of this transformation, currently focusing on integrating a โteams and invitesโ functionality into our PLG platform to enhance collaboration and UX.\n\nThis role is not just another job; it's a chance to be part of something genuinely transformative. Within six months, you willโฆ\n\n\n* Be fully ramped up and able to anticipate the needs of PLG customers.\n\n* Establish yourself as a key contributor to the team, known for your expertise in both the technical and product aspects of our work.\n\n* Participate in initiatives that push the boundaries of what Cody and our PLG platform can do, making coding more accessible and enjoyable for developers everywhere.\n\n\n\nAbout you\n\nYou are a full-stack software engineer with at least 2 years of industry experience, equally comfortable with frontend and backend work as needed, with the ability to pick up frameworks quickly and deliver high-quality work. \n\nBeyond your technical proficiency, you are a forward-thinking and adaptive contributor, ready to navigate a complex project. Your vision extends beyond code: you are passionate about the broader impact of your work on making coding accessible and enjoyable for a diverse global community. You actively seek out opportunities to challenge the status quo, drive meaningful change, and foster an inclusive, high-performing team culture. You are an experienced remote/async worker.\n\n๐ Qualifications:\n\n\n* 2โ5 years experience as a full-stack engineer\n\n* Experience with React is required\n\n* PLG experience is a requirement\n\n* Experience with Go and Svelte is preferable\n\n* Some tech-ops / GCP background is preferable\n\n* Alignment with our values\n\n* Growth mindset\n\n\n\n\n๐ช Nice to haves:\n\n\n* Experience with PLG metrics and data analysis to improve product decisions and UX.\n\n* Experience working closely with Product and Design teams.\n\n* Previous role in a startup environment, comfortable with rapid iteration and adaptable to shifting priorities.\n\n* Familiarity with code intelligence tools and AI-assisted development platforms.
