You and your team are the first point of contact for the Moonpig business stakeholders on financial performance.\n\n\n\n\n\nOther Key Responsibilities:\n* Oversee the month end process and reporting, including the production of the P&L and balance sheet decks.\n* Manage year end reporting including responsibility for the annual financial statements for Moonpig.com and leading our audits.\n* Lead an update in our financial control environment in advance of the upcoming UK Corporate Governance Code changes.\n* Drive consistency and standardisation of procedures and financial controls.\n* Assist in the execution of our efficiency plans, including embedding our new reporting / forecasting tool (Planful) into month end processes, and reducing manual effort across the team.\n* Partner with business stakeholders on areas of financial reporting, business processes and driving cost control.\n* Own the cash flow and balance sheet forecasting, and assisting FP&A teams more generally with budgets and forecasts.\n* Ad hoc requirements as needed to support the Head of Financial Control, Finance Director and the wider business.\n\n\n\nAbout You\n* You will have worked at a manager level within a reporting and financial accounting function, demonstrating your business partnering skills and ability to work effectively with non-financial stakeholders. You have a keen eye for identifying inefficiencies in processes and then coaching others on how to rework and optimise them.
