In this role you will report to the Director of Marketing, and you will work closely with cross-functional teams such as Sales, Product, and Customer Success.\n\n\nOur company is proudly remote-first, distributed across North America. \n\n\n\nAs a Product Marketer, you will:\n* Develop compelling and informative content such as blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, videos, and webinars to showcase the value proposition of our Customer Data Platform.\n* Collaborate with the marketing team to create content that aligns with the buyer's journey and addresses key pain points of our target audience.\n* Ensure consistency in messaging and branding across all content channels. \n* Create sales collateral, presentations, and product documentation to enable the sales team to effectively communicate the value of our solutions to prospects and customers.\n* Develop sales tools and resources to support the sales process, including product demos, FAQs, and competitive battlecards.\n* Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs.\n* Analyze customer feedback, usage data, and market insights to inform product positioning, messaging, and feature prioritization.\n* Monitor competitor activity and market dynamics to identify opportunities and threats, and make recommendations for strategic adjustments.\n* Plan and execute go-to-market strategies for new product launches, feature releases, and updates.\n* Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure successful product launches, including marketing, sales, product management, and customer success teams.\n* Develop messaging and positioning that differentiates our product in the market and resonates with our target audience.\n* Collaborate with the marketing team to develop integrated marketing campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and demand generation.\n* Identify opportunities for targeted marketing initiatives based on segmentation, industry verticals, and customer personas.\n* Develop and refine the product messaging and positioning to effectively communicate the value proposition, key benefits, and competitive differentiation of our platform. \n* Collaborate with product management, sales, and customer success teams to gather insights and customer feedback to inform messaging strategies.\n* Craft compelling narratives and value propositions tailored to various buyer personas, industry verticals, and use cases.\n* Ensure consistency in messaging across all marketing channels, including website, marketing collateral, social media, and sales presentations.\n\n\n\nTo be successful in this role, youโ€™ll need: \n* Proven experience in product marketing or content marketing within the B2B SaaS industry.\n* Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to craft compelling messaging and storytelling.\n* Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and drive results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.\n* To be a strategic thinker with a data-driven approach to decision-making and problem-solving.\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nAbout your application and the interview process\n\n\nChord is an equal opportunity employer, and we value diversity. This role will play a crucial part in shaping and executing regulatory strategies specifically tailored to the European market, with a strong focus on advanced therapy medicinal products (ATMPs), Pediatric Investigation Plans (PIPs), and expedited approval pathways, such as PRIME.
