Remote Senior Manager People Operations

\nPosition Overview: As a Senior Manager, People Operations, you will play a crucial role in managing HR functions, overseeing general operations, and providing localized HR support to our growing team in Manila. You will report into our Senior Director of Talent Management, and you will collaborate closely with the global HR, IT, G&A teams to implement company policies, streamline processes, and foster a culture of excellence and inclusivity. You will support folks in a variety of functions, including: Engineering, Product, and Go To Market.\n\nKey responsibilities:\n\n\n* Support employee onboarding, training, general programming and off-boarding processes, in partnership with appropriate COE teams.\n\n* Maintain accurate HR records and documentation\n\n* Serve as the primary HR point of contact for employees in the Philipine region, addressing their HR-related inquiries and working closely with our People Business Partner team on any escalations.\n\n* Serve as the first point of contact for HR inquiries from employees, managers, and other stakeholders, providing timely and accurate responses and escalating issues when necessary.\n\n* Manage employee data and records within the HRIS (Human Resources Information System), ensuring data integrity and compliance with relevant policies and regulations.\n\n* Coordinate and administer various HR processes, including but not limited to onboarding, offboarding, employee transfers, promotions, and performance management activities.\n\n* Coordinate employee events, activities, and initiatives to promote a positive culture.\n\n* Collaborate with managers to address team dynamics and facilitate effective communication.\n\n\n\n\nQualifications:\n\n\n* Proven experience in HR management, people operations, and administration, preferably in a fast-paced and high growth environment.\n\n* Knowledge of Philippine labor laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.\n\n* Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively across teams, time zones and the globe.\n\n* Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities, with keen attention to detail.\n\n* Ability to prioritize tasks, multitask, and work under pressure to meet deadlines.\n\n* Proficiency in HRIS software and other tech software like Google Suite, Slack, Notion, etc.\n\n\n\n\n#LI_TS1 #LI_Remote \n\n#Salary and compensation\n No salary data published by company so we estimated salary based on similar jobs related to Senior and Senior jobs that are similar:\n\n $60,000 — $110,000/year\n

LeafLink maintains a headquarters in NYC for those who would prefer a hybrid work environment, but this position is also open to fully remote candidates within the US and will report to the Director of Product Design. \n\nThis role will focus on the design, buildout, and iteration of LeafLinkโ€™s existing and emerging Commerce solutions, with a strong focus on Insights and Reporting. As a senior member of our Product Design team, you will be able to have a direct and lasting impact everywhere in the business. Your contribution will be immediate and have positive ripple effects across not just our business, but also the businesses of our customers.\nWhat Youโ€™ll Be Doing \n\n\n* Work as part of a cross-disciplinary team to deliver amazing experiences that drive value for both our customers and our business\n\n* Participate in all phases of the product design process: user research, discovery, problem framing, concept development, visual design, and measurement of design effectiveness and usability \n\n* Along with contributing to the building of Stash - The LeafLink design system, you will partner and collaborate closely with our design system manager to define, evolve and maintain our data visualization kit\n\n* Interact with customers to gather, analyze, and translate product feedback into optimized user experiences\n\n* Make informed design decisions based on qualitative and quantitative data to drive the adoption and engagement of key features \n\n* Partner with Product and Engineering to identify customer pain points, brainstorm solutions, validate design implementation, and ensure accuracy and responsiveness across device types\n\n* Familiarize yourself with the rapidly changing cannabis industry and its needs & demands as well as paradigm-defining designs for innovative B2B platforms\n\n* Embody our culture and values of inclusivity, candor, and an ardent commitment to solving customer problems \n\n* Partner with Product Marketing to influence how you bring your product to market\n\n\n\nWhat Youโ€™ll Bring to the Team\n\n\n* 4+ years of experience as an in-house Product Designer for an e-commerce, enterprise, or SaaS software product.
