The Role
We’re looking for a Senior React Native Engineer who’s deeply experienced with the New Architecture (including TurboModules & Fabric) and is excited about building production-ready SDKs and mobile features that are integrated into apps used by millions.
This is a hands-on, high-impact role working at the intersection of performance, developer experience, and mobile innovation.
Compensation for this position is between $50,000 – $180,000 USD annually, depending on experience and location. This is a contract role with the potential to transition to full-time.
What You’ll Do
Lead development of React Native features using the New Architecture (Fabric + TurboModules)
Build reusable, high-performance native SDK modules and libraries
Integrate with and extend native platforms (iOS/Android) as needed
Own and expand our automated mobile test coverage using Detox
Help define internal best practices for React Native, component structure, and CI/CD
Collaborate directly with product and design to create fast, fluid mobile experiences
Stay on top of evolving trends in React Native and native mobile development
What We’re Looking For
5+ years in React Native development, and specific experience with
Deep familiarity with the React Native’s New Architecture
TurboModules
Fabric Renderer
Native module development (bridge-free architecture)
Experience building production-ready SDKs or libraries
Comfortable writing and debugging native code in Swift and Kotlin

Requirements:

Your initial focus will be development of full-stack typescript applications and integrated backend services spanning web and mobile devices that get users, their identity, and their assets connected to DeFi and Web3.0 applications on the Radix network. We are building a modern, reliable and scalable LegalTech / FinTech platform using the most modern technologies to handle a wide range of business processes including claim purchasing, end-to-end legal process management, automatic payment mapping, debt collection and other exciting and challenging topics. Our technologies and methodologies include:
Event-sourced, CQRS-based services running on AWS Fargate with CI/CD pipelines
Full "Infrastructure as Code" via AWS CDK
Test automation as an integral part of our development process
We are looking for software engineers to support our fast growing team.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
You are responsible for developing and managing our software platforms.
You will develop high-performance features and macro-services by writing testable, reusable, and efficient code.
You are responsible for implementing effective security protocols, data protection measures, and storage solutions.
You work in close collaboration with the Product and UX team.
You work closely with other developers for the improvement of the overall infrastructure.
ROLE REQUIREMENT:
Strong proficiency in at least one of the following programming languages: TypeScript, JavaScript, Golang, Java, Scala, Kotlin, C#, Python, PHP.
Proficiency in at least one strongly typed programming language.
Experience in containerized, microservice based architectures.
Experience in software stacks based on DDD, CQRS, and Event Sourcing.
Preferably experience in financial systems where data reliability is a high concern.
Preferably DevOps is not a strange word for you, and you have experience in AWS and building CI/CD pipelines.
