In reference to engineering, you will support fast and reliable delivery of software, leading and coordinating software assessment and testing activities. Last but not least, in your team, you will lead process transformations to improve quality, mentoring your teammates for better testing.\n\nAs a member of the Client Portal team, you will provide value to our clients, helping them find and work with the best talent in our network. The team built and is responsible for the main UI that our clients use to interact with our talent, and works closely with our Product team to ensure that all of our clients have the best experience when working with Toptal.\n\nThis is a remote position that can be done from anywhere. Due to the remote nature of this role, we are unable to provide visa sponsorship. Resumes and communication must be submitted in English.\n\nResponsibilities:\n\n\n* You will be able to use your knowledge to bring a huge impact on how we design the team’s approach to the product quality.\n\n* You’ll get to work with UI, contract, and model-based testing tools; use technologies like Cucumber, Watir, Capybara, Selenium, Pact, etc. every day.\n\n* You will work closely with the product team, stakeholders, and users from the preliminary planning work, understand the product very well, from different perspectives, and have a holistic view over it. Plan and deliver new features.\n\n* You will encourage and teach developers to craft and implement tests in the most efficient way. Ensure high-level testability or coverage, sufficient monitoring solutions, and debugging mechanisms. Work to maintain and improve our automated test suites.\n\n* You will build tools and libraries to simplify the development and improve the quality of the work.\n\n\n\n\nIn the first week, expect to:\n\n\n* Begin your onboarding and integration into Toptal.\n\n* Get familiar with our product portfolio and team structure.\n\n* Review our extensive Toptal Engineering Documentation to become familiar with our working processes.\n\n\n\n\nIn the first month, expect to:\n\n\n* Transition from our Bootcamp program and begin working with your first teams at Toptal\n\n* Attend regular meetings.
