As a Product Designer, you will have an integral role in shaping the technology landscape, focusing on our suite of SaaS healthcare applications and services. Your primary objective will be to ensure that our solutions are intuitive and of the utmost quality. You'll be engaged in all stages of the product design journey, from initial discovery to necessary adjustments before launch. Your role will require you to leverage your design, facilitation, presentation, and interpersonal skills while actively contributing to high-level strategic decisions alongside product, engineering, and executive partners. We work in a remote environment with a suite of tools supporting our collaborative process. The product design team primarily relies on Figma for design tasks. This position requires a working proficiency in Figma to complete their design work and collaborate with others. Every day you will: Craft enterprise workflows and interface solutions with a human-centric approach. Adhere to R1 design standards by implementing the right UI components and design patterns Develop a wide range of design assets, including wireframes, user journeys, user flows, maps, service blueprints, personas, prototypes, and both high and low-fidelity designs, usability tests, interview guides Demonstrates ownership of work and operates productively within an Agile team environment Attention to detail and follow through in producing multiple iterations of your work to reach the best solution Establishes connections and collaborates with Operations, Product Managers, Engineers, and Product Design team members to streamline workflows, develop interface solutions, and support design research efforts Willingness to contribute to discussions, contributes strong viewpoints, and engages in a collaborative environment that values diverse input Participates in workshops and foster design thinking in cross-functional, collaborative workgroups Open to input and embraces a growth-oriented attitude towards enhancement. To be successful in this role you will have: 4+ years of experience in product design and research. Proven proficiency in Figma, examples of detailed UI components, prototypes and completed designs. Portfolio of work examples and detailed case studies that demonstrates the span of the design process. Experience working in remotely in Agile environments. Ability to travel up to 20%. Excellent communication and high emotional intelligence, with the ability to build positive relationships with team members and stakeholders. Possess a growth mindset and demonstrate active listening during feedback, problem-solving and difficult discussions. Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making Problem-solving skills to address challenges in cross-functional collaboration and contributes to process improvement for better outcomes. For this US-based position, the base pay range is $46,971.35 - $74,607.00 per year .
